8. AGENTS
Agents acting on behalf of an owner or an estate must be authorized to do so by the owner or the estate respectively. Evidence of relationship must be produced on demand. Agents may be property owners, real estate agents or agencies, independent brokers, developers or builders, property management, employees of third-party companies and/or representing an estate. Agents are NOT representatives of IV2, NOR affiliated with IV2. ALL AGENTS ARE REQUIRED TO DISCLOSE ANY AND ALL FEES AND COMMISSIONS DEMANDED, AND, THE RELATIONSHIP TO THE PROPERTY LISTED, FROM WITHIN EACH AND EVERY LISTING, TO IV2 AND TO POTENTIAL BUYERS. 9. FEES
IV2 DOES NOT CHARGE FEES ON REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS. However, AGENTS MAY REQUIRE FEES AND/OR COMMISSIONS ON REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS. YOU AGREE that transactions are between BUYER and SELLER, between users that buy and agents (or owners) that sell, wherefore IV2 is a non-participant, serving only as a facilitator of communication. YOU AGREE to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IV2, its affiliates, and respective directors, officers and employees from any and all claims and demands made by you and/or any third party.
