IV2® Agent Protection
The Agent Protection and Lot Privacy Guarantee (
"APG") is designed to provide a safe and fair environment for Agents to list and to protect against unauthorized disclosures.
1. DISCLAIMERS

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, IV2 shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use the content in this site, even if IV2 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
YOU AGREE to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IV2, its affiliates, and respective directors, officers and employees from any and all claims and demands made by you and/or any third party.
3. LOT PRIVACY GUARANTEE
IV2 GUARANTEES TO SAFEGUARD HIDDEN LOT NUMBERS AGAINST THE WILLFUL AND INTENTIONAL DISCLOSURE ("disclosure") OF LOT NUMBER AND LOCATION BY IV2 WHICH DIRECTLY RESULTS IN THE UNSANCTIONED APPROPRIATION OF REAL ESTATE BY AN UNAFFILIATED THIRD-PARTY AND THE LOSS OF CORRESPONDING COMMISSIONS ("loss").
4. AGENT
APG is limited to specific Agents and Losses only. Owners, users, developers, OWNER-AGENTS and non-agents are not covered.
Loss involving agents' employees or coworkers or family members or persons known to them or persons living in the same households, whether or not related are not covered.
5. ELIGIBILITY
APG is only applicable on listings with ALL location privacy options checked: "Mask Location", "Hide Outline", "Hide Lot Number" AND "Hide Geoview
™ 360".
Mutli-user and duplicate listings are not eligible. Edited or past listings with ANY occurence of LOCATION PRIVACY OPTIONS UNCHECKED are not eligible.
Listings with similar or identical descriptions, photography, metrics, size or address, location-identifiable or owner-identifiable features are not eligible.
6. DATA BREACH
Data security and privacy is paramount at IV2. IV2 has committed every effort to ensure the security and protection of users' private information and listings' privacy protection.
Acts of God, technical failures, accidental, fraud, malicious acts, not limited to, hacking, breach, data theft or instances beyond our control are not covered.
7. TIMELINE
For Sale listings: APG is limited to within 30 Days of disclosure date.
For Rent listings: APG is limited to within 15 Days of disclosure date.
8. COMPENSATION
For Sale listings: if IV2 is found to be at fault, we will compensate agent 2.5% of transaction value, up to a maximum of $1,000.
For Rent listings: if IV2 is found to be at fault, we will compensate agent one month rent value, up to a maximum of $500.
9. CLAIM
APG may not be combined or claimed more than once. APG may not be claimed by more than one party. APG is limited to one claim per unique City and Lot.
10. NOTICE
IV2 may deliver notice to you by means of electronic mail, by general notice on the site, or by written communication delivered by regular mail to your address on record in account information.
11. APPLICABILITY
These APG terms may be revised, modified, amended, or supplemented by IV2 without notice at any time for any reason. These APG terms shall apply to all users regardless of any future transaction or dealings between such user and IV2, or lack of any such future transaction or dealings, and shall survive the termination of any such future transaction or dealings.
These AGP terms, effective 2022-01-31 are incorporated into use of this website.
